Why should we unban you:
Response: The server falsely detected me of hacking. I don’t know how or why I was caught in the anti-cheat. If there is any way for you to obtain the footage of the instance I was banned and clear me, that would be great. Your servers are the most populated and lively so I’m not leaving them because of a false anti-cheat detection. Thank you!

You were banned by the Anticheat System for Recoil Violations. In this case, the system is mostly right, but I’d like to double check this by requesting the demo file from your end so I can check it against the details provided by the anticheat.
Could you please find and upload the files for us? Demo Files come in two parts (.dm and .json), so if you could upload both parts to a file sharing service (EG: Dropbox, Mega, Google Drive) and copy a link here, we can view the demos and unban if the system has accidentally flagged.

Apologies for the wait, I thought I had responded, but I’ve been busy as of late.
I’ve looked over the demos and everything seems to be in order. Just bear in mind that you’re deaing with an AI, a computer that decided the action, so sometimes they can screw up. I’ll go ahead and process the unban now, but please wait about 5/10 minutes before attempting to rejoin.
