Response: Not sure why I was banned. I wasn’t talking to anyone, I don’t hack, I am not even a suspicious player as my scores will attest.
You were banned by one of the COD4 Admins for hacking/using modifications. The following screenshot was linked to your other profile “Hawkeye-DFU-” in which you had a menu on the right side of your screen that is not allowed to be there. In the screenshot, we can see that the menu has mod/hack data on it such as Aimspeed and Radar, and so the ban was enforced.
If you think this is in error, you’re welcome to respond to this thread.

Thanks for letting me know what happened, I was just shocked when I got banned knowing I have never hacked. That is not a screen shot of me, it is of my husband’s profile and he is spectating not playing. We each have our own computer and I have never seen anything like that on my screen. You have banned me by ip not by any fault of mine, seems a little unfair if you ask me.
Well doesn’t matter if you’re spectating someone, the hacks will still show up in a screenshot so looks like your husband hacks. We ban by A) IP and B) GUID so if one is matching, it will automatically ban you by IP. Unfortunately we can’t lift the ban since now we can’t trust if either of you will start hacking again.

Andddddd life generally isn’t fair. Let’s say we unban you and leave your husband banned (assuming your story is even half true). You aren’t home and husband decides he’s gonna go hack some more on our lovely servers. That mam is not fair to our community of pubbers and members.
First of all why should I take blame for something I didn’t do or why would I appeal a ban if I was guilty? It’s only a game but I don’t like being accused of something I don’t do, as I am sure you wouldn’t. Secondly you don’t have to be so rude, I certainly wasn’t. I have been an admin so I know what you deal with, still no excuse.
I’m sorry, but we have no way of verifiying that it was you or your other half, so both of you are accepting punishment for one of you hacking. Hacking and cheating is not allowed on the servers and we punish those who do, and if it were your husband who was cheating, you are being punished for his actions. Evidence has already been provided that you (or your husband) was caught cheating and the HeadAdmin has stated that the ban will stick, so while I can apologise on behalf of the accusation being put in place against you, the ban will stay either due to you or your husbands inability to follow the rules.
