You were banned by the automated anti-cheat system. You were banned at 2022-10-12 20:59:33 UTC (roughly 30 minutes ago, as of the time I am posting this message).
Can you please upload the demo file for the game you were banned? First, convert the above timestamp into your local timezone, then go into your IW4x game files and look for a folder called “userraw” and then inside of that is a folder called “demos”.
Next, locate the .dm_13 file corresponding to the timestamp above. You can typically identify the correct file by finding the .dm_13 file with a “Date modified” time that is just AFTER this timestamp, and a “Date created” time that is BEFORE this timestamp.
Please upload the file here. It will allow us to see the game played from your perspective.

Do you have another location for your IW4x installation? Perhaps verify in the launcher if this is the correct Modern Warfare 2 Installation or look elsewhere on your computer?
Our servers automatically ensure that demos are recorded when players join. The only way that the demo files would not be present in this directory is if they were manually deleted, you sent a screenshot of the wrong installation directory, or your installation directory was set to read-only, all of which are not acceptable reasons to be considered in a ban appeal.
If you are unable to supply to demo file for the game that you were banned, and you have no additional evidence supporting your ban appeal from the game you were banned (such as an external game recording or live stream VOD), then we will have no other option but to conclude that the ban was applied by the automated system correctly.

this either means that in game you have turned demos off, or you game will be in another directory.
I’ll leave this open for 1 more week starting from today.
However if no evidence is still replied from the end of that 1 week, user will stay banned
