Response: Please un-ban my friend Anmar. She doesn’t cheat. Seems maybe her husband had some weird NAT’d IP back when and the two were seen as hacking. She doesn’t and I don’t think he does either. There’s four of five of us who play with her on other servers and shes a good player to have in the mix.
Not sure of the exact date but the IP is 173.218.XXX.X
The ban originates from Hawkeye-DFU- who was using the SOH multihack on our crossfire server at the end of 2018. So Anmar (formerly Anmar -DFU-) who was on the same public IP address was automatically banned as well, because her IP address now matched a known cheater.
From the screenshot, you can see that Anmar was in the game at the same time as Hawkeye, so would likely have know that he was hacking…
So while it is unfortunate that Anmar got caught up in this, the ban will stay in place. Lifting the IP ban would allow Hawkeye to hack again using her computer or any other computer on their network. And of course the risk of her cheating is also much higher if her husband uses cheats.
