The anti-cheat picked up that your metrics suggested you were running a trigger bot. Chances are it’s correct. If it’s wrong though we’re going to need you to supply the demo files associated with the games you played on our server which led to you getting banned. Like the game of the ban or maybe the one before. Other servers that aren’t ours or are from a different day will not do. The demos are in paired files so make sure you give us both the demo and the .json please. If you need help locating these files I can help with a screenshot example. I think they’re in the players folder but it’s been a short bit since I looked for them.
