Why should we unban you:

Response: I didnt recieve any warning, i was playing last night on my laptop and it was all working like normal, played fine and everything, tried to play tonight and it said i was permanently banned for hacking. I dont use hacks nor do i know how nor do i want to know how. I did however force power-off my laptop because i had to leave in a hurry due to family emergency. I’ve been playing for a long time and never had issue. Please help.

I do want to add i was playing on my phone’s hotspot as well.
