Response: I really don’t know why they banned me permanently, I am not a person who uses hacks or is toxic while playing, I think I did not do anything wrong, the only problem was my ping within the game

You were automatically banned because your internet Provider / ISP recycled your IP which had previously been matched with a cheater. I’ve gone ahead and removed the ban and cleaned your profile, but if your ISP tries to do it again, you may end up banned again.
