i was banned before for false allegation that i am hacking which i wasnt , somehow i made my peace with that and someone unbanned me later and i am thankfull to him,

He never abused you. You were banned for hacking and it was official that you will be banned. Some admin accidentally unbanned you, therefore he decided to re-ban you. He did it responsibly. Like what I’ve previously said, cut that attitude out. Hippie has just denied your appeal and this thread will be locked.
