Response: to be blunt, some guy with swagmaster in his name reported me because i told him to him calm down because he was repeatedly saying fuck you in the text chat. i have never cheated or used any modifactions
Hello there and thanks for your appeal.
I’d first like to mention that our Anticheat system banned you from the servers and while reports alert our admins to certain situations, I can promise you that reports alone don’t constitute a ban or punishment automatically. Infact, the system banned you automatically when it detected suspicious movements and actions from your account. Since you were banned from Modern Warfare 3, I believe that the game does have a replay/demo system and you should be able to share a demo from the game you were banned from so the team can review and unban if the anticheat has made a mistake. If possible, could you please provide the demo/theater mode replay from the game you were banned please? This would make life so much easier.
Please note that failure to provide the demo will result in the ban staying.

A week has passed and the user has not provided demos. Why make the time to create an account if you don’t check back for replies once in a while? The ban will stay.
