I’m not sure how to formally appeal my ban. I am 52 years of age and i have never cheated at any online game.
Cheating destroys the fun for me. If you look at any of my game play i suck. I’m not sure why anyone would ever think i was cheating. Please let me know what information I can provide you with to clear this matter up. I just recently started playing again and your servers are the only ones i can find that are populated that are not some trick shooting bs. Thank you for your time and consideration I believe i was banned 9/9 or early morning of 9/10. I’m not sure what server i was on.

Hey there!

You were banned by our anti-cheat for “Anticheat detection Offset-1.72@60” on 9th of September

please provide any proof (eg. demos on NN servers, recordings/livestreams, all that) otherwise your ban will stay in place

Assuming you never turned off theatre mode one of the folders should hold a folder inside it that has the name “demos”. There are two files associated with each individual demo so just send us the one you got banned in or if it’s broke send the one right before that.
