Response: I was banned for no apparent reason. I have never used a hack before. I was doing pretty well on the map, so I’m guessing someone got pissed and just filed a ban out of spite.

You were banned by our automatic cheat detection/anticheat for cheating, this is almost always down to cheats, but there might be bugs or issues sometimes, so to fix this, we’d like to ask for your demo file from the game you were banned on. Demo Files can be found inside your IW4x folder and will come in two parts, so please ensure to provide both parts so we can review the demo and unban if the system flagged you incorrectly.
To help understand which file you need, you were banned on the 10th of Jan 2021 at roughly 5:35am. Your demo file will probably have a name like this, give or take about 5/10 minutes.
