Response: hi i got banned 2 days ago but never knew you guys had a website until today when i tried finding your discord.
anyways, i was banned right after hitting a wall bang with a dsr on nuketown. the person i killed was on the right side of the blue house (the little alley way) and i was on infront of orange house garage i shot through the first bus and killed him. i understand that it did appear to be a suspicious snipe but at the same time the dsr is very powerful and i was using FMJ and we had a uav up so i was able to know where he was coming from.

The Anticheat accidentally flagged two of your shots incorrectly at the time of the ban due to lag on your end interrupting the pattern of your shots. I’ve reviewed the details and decided that it was an issue with the AC at the time, and so I’ve already gone ahead and unbanned you. Please note that it may take a few minutes to register, so wait at least 5 before attempting to reconnect, to avoid any issues.
