This means that we do not allow connections from your internet service provider (ISP). Occasionally it becomes necessary for us to make widesweeping bans like this to counter cheaters whose ISPs allow them to quickly recycle their IP and ban evade on our servers. This is unfortunately a case of a small number of players ruining it for many others.
The good news is that we are currently working on a system to allow players to whitelist themselves, but this system is not fully ready yet. We’ll make sure to create an announcement post on your Discord and forums once this has happened.
In the meantime, we cannot remove this ISP blacklist ban. Our system does not allow it. My apologies.
