His name uses characters that I can’t duplicate right away. But when he is aiming, his rifle shakes as if it’s firing, but the aim doesn’t deviate at all. Definitely no recoil and walling. I tried to get some screenshots of him, but they aren’t showing anything of importance. He is on the Crossfire server on 12/3/19 at 8:54 PM EST.
