What is ADS Sensitivy?

Hello dear CoD4ers and Nameless noobs,
when Im back to the game, I found that there is a new option: ADS Sens, what is it? If I want the feeling of the original game, should I keep it as 1?

Hello, ADS Sensitivity is like the normal sensitivity option, and controls the look speed, but only when you are aiming. For example, your “sensitivity” could be at 2.00, while when your “ads sensitivity” could be at 0.75, just to make your shots more accurate.

Sensitivity (or look sensitivity): Your look speed while hip-firing.
ADS Sensitivity: Your look speed while aiming.
